Therefore an important team made of highly qualified professionals is constantly working in the acquisition of
new technologies, new processes, trends and market requirements, permanently looking for legislations related
to the jams and sauces. All this in order to design and develop products and services that meet changing consumer needs.
In addition, JUMEL Alimentaria works together with the Polytechnic University of Valencia through the Academic Institute of
Food Engineering for Development and also with Technology Research Centers (Packing Institute and Transportation ITENE).
Those technical collaborations serve as guidelines for the development of new products and processes.
JUMEL also participates in national projects for technological innovation involving public universities, technology centers and foreign companies
