Christmas recipe: Duck liver with jam

As for ingredients, you only need raw duck liver, bread to your liking, flaked salt and some of our jams. For this dish we suggest the Jumel Extra strawberry jam or those with no added sugars as strawberry jam or those with no added sugars as strawberry or red fruits, although it could go well with any of our flavours. How to make the liver with jam.

First, we cut the liver into slices. Then we sill put them in a pan, once it is hot, and let them brown on both sides. Once cooked, we remove them and Place them on a plate.

With the same fat that the liver has released, we toast the bread slices a little and reserve them. Choose the bread you like the most. There is a wide variety of bread with multiple cereals that can be a good option in this starter.

Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the pan and make the brochette. On top of each slice of bread put a slice of liver and a tablespoon of jam as a decorative element; that will also give the starter the sweet flavour it needs. Finish off this delicious starter with a few flakes of salt to enhance the flavour.
