How to make the liver with jam.
First, we cut the liver into slices. Then we sill put them in a pan, once it is hot, and let them brown on both sides. Once cooked, we remove them and Place them on a plate.
With the same fat that the liver has released, we toast the bread slices a little and reserve them. Choose the bread you like the most. There is a wide variety of bread with multiple cereals that can be a good option in this starter.

On top of each slice of bread put a slice of liver and a tablespoon of jam as a decorative element; that will also give the starter the sweet flavour it needs.
